IMPORTANT NOTE
The Ethnic Diversity Task Force (EDTF) is currently in the process of updating the CPA Professionals of Color Directory, which was initially created in 2005.
The purpose of the survey is threefold:
- to allow the CPA’s Ethnic Diversity Task Force to keep in touch with mental health professionals of color in the state of Connecticut;
- to facilitate networking and mentoring among mental health professionals; and
- to provide the community with updated information about the services provided by mental health professionals of color.
If you are interested in being included in the Directory, CLICK HERE.
Please note that some of the items on the survey are for our records, in order that we may maintain contact with you in the future. You’ll see as you complete the survey that the questions are separated into private and public information. The items that are in the “Private Information” section will not be published in the Directory. In addition, if there are other items on the survey that you would prefer not to have published in the Directory, please complete those items but use the comments section at the end of the survey to inform us of these changes.
If you choose to keep all of your information private for only EDTF official use, you will have an opportunity to designate all of the information private through a question at the end of the survey. Thank you very much for your assistance with updating the Directory. If you have any questions or would like us to send you a paper copy, please feel free to contact Gretchen Chase Vaughn, Ph.D., at the following email address: gvaughn@connpsych.org.
